The Applied Analyst is an education service providing courses in accounting and finance. Updates are delivered through our own systems.

5. Acceptable use
Content is for your personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, or share paid content without our written permission.
6. Intellectual property
All content is owned by The Applied Analyst. Access to our content is a limited, personal, non-transferable license.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for trading losses.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Applied Analyst operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
